Due to the custom nature of our items, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges. We encourage you to thoroughly review product descriptions, measurements, and photos before making a purchase. If you have any questions or concerns about a product, please contact us before placing your order.

2. Damaged or Defective Items We take pride in the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include photos and a description of the issue. We will work with you to find a satisfactory solution, which may include a replacement or store credit.

3. Custom Orders Due to the personalized and made-to-order nature of our products, custom orders cannot be canceled or modified after purchase.
